The ladies of Potomac didn't hold back as they questioned the timing and sincerity of Karen's recent rehab stay.

As viewers know, Karen has been dealing with the fallout of her DUI arrest in March 2024. After a lengthy legal battle, she was found guilty and is awaiting sentencing. Just before the reunion taping, Karen announced that she had checked into a private recovery program.

Mia Thornton echoed Wendy's sentiments, suggesting that Karen might be trying to mitigate her legal consequences.
